Our lawyers also have experience counseling financially troubled businesses. We help distressed businesses evaluate their reorganization options, and, when possible, assist clients in reorganizing their financial affairs to avoid bankruptcy proceedings. We also represent Debtors in reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code when a restructure through Bankruptcy Court is required.
