McKinney & Justice PA
Real Estate

McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter performs residential real estate closings for home buyers and those that are refinancing their current homes. Chris Justice manages the real estate practice and will generally personally attend the closing ceremony. McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter will also prepare closing related documents such as Contracts, Powers of Attorney, Deeds, Lien Waivers, Free Trader Agreements, and many other documents necessary for real estate closings.

McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter prides itself on making sure that an attorney is available for pre-closing questions. In addition, a real estate file is NEVER closed at McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter until all of the post-closing issues such as deed of trust cancellations and title insurance issues have been resolved.

Wendy Mills is the lead real estate paralegal and brings an extensive knowledge base with her. She is backed up by the office manager Tonia Furniss-Roe for any overflow issues that may arise. Wendy has an attention to detail that is unmatched.

The real estate division's primary mantra is that the attorney's office should not be the place where any real estate deal breaks down or is delayed. McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter will do everything in it's power to insure that the closing process is smooth and happens as scheduled.

When circumstances arise that are out of the firm's control, McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter will assist in coming up with solutions so that the deal can go through as quickly and as stress free as possible.

Every closing slot is allotted one hour to avoid undue delays and to prevent the clients from having to wait. If it appears that a closing will be abnormally delayed, great care will be taken to reschedule the closing to a time that is convenient for all of the parties.
